I would recommend the stuff most other artists tell you to do: practice. All the time. Everywhere. On the bus. In the mall. During class. While eating. Where ever. All that good stuff. Spill your ideas on whatever medium you do before it leaves your mind and causing you to feel regret.
In addition, experiment! Get crazy. In you draw and stuff, try drawing in new styles or use different brushes! If you’re a musician, play something outside your normal genre or start improvising! Writer? Explore other forms of literature, etc. etc.
Just don’t get too crazy, though. Wouldn’t want you to become one of those mad artists, regardless on how famous/well-known they are.
And, vaguely most importantly, have fun! Be happy! If you’re doing your thing and you feel sad, stress, irritated, or whatever about what you’re doing, just stop and take a break. Art should be something you should enjoy, not to lose sleep over! You can come back later and try again. Smile!
Wow so much text. But, hey, I’m trying to be useful c:
